Manistee Township Residents are able to protest by letter, provided the protest letter and a completed form L-4035 are mailed to Manistee Township, PO Box 325, Cadillac, MI 49601 and received on or before March 6, 2026.
Telephone, fax and email protests will NOT be accepted.
2026 Manistee Township
Board of Review Meeting Notice
The Manistee Township Board of Review will be held at the Manistee Township Hall, 410 Holden Street, Manistee, MI 49660 on the following dates:
Organizational Meeting: No appeals will be heard
Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 5:00pm
Appeal Hearings:
Wednesday, March 11, 2026 3:00pm to 9:00pm
Thursday, March 12, 2026 9:00am to 3:00pm
The Board of Review will meet as many more days as deemed necessary to hear questions, protests, and to equalize the 2026 assessments. The tentative ratios and the estimated multipliers for each class of real property and personal property for 2026 are as follows:
